We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Learning Basic Keyboarding, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — for any reason, including simple change of mind.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or contact us at bman0624@gmail.com and we'll help you submit the request. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
What happens after a refund
When a refund is issued, the student codes included in that purchase are deactivated and the student's course records are closed. You can re-purchase at any time later.

Learning Basic Keyboarding is aligned to the Virginia CTE keyboarding competencies. Completing this course does not replace a parent's legal responsibilities under Virginia Code § 22.1-254.1. This course is not reviewed, approved, or endorsed by the Virginia Department of Education.
